I was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago and moved to NYC in 2009 pursuing a career as a singer songwriter. After some health challenges and life changes I found myself seeking a new purpose.

My path into makeup was an unexpected one and started at the counter of a major beauty retailer. The more I learned about makeup and its transformative power, the more I needed to create beauty that elevated each person that sat in my chair. 

The level of self expression, confidence and boldness that this art form affords people from all walks of life, felt much like the impact I wanted to have on others through my music. And so this love affair began and is still continuing to grow.
